Refund Policy
How CPages distinguishes failed-generation credit release from payment refunds.
Effective date: 2026-08-17
Failed generation credit release
When a generation fails, expires, or cannot be delivered as a saved output asset, CPages releases the reserved generation credit when the task settles before capture.
A credit release is not a money refund. It returns the product entitlement that was reserved for that generation attempt, subject to the original credit bucket rules.
Money refunds
Money refund requests for Stripe payments are reviewed through support at support@cpages.ai. Refund eligibility can depend on subscription status, payment timing, usage, abuse signals, and applicable payment processor rules.
Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment provider. CPages does not ask users to share full card numbers for refund handling.
Subscription and existing credit balances
Subscription credits reset by billing cycle and are not cash. Bonus Credits follow the free-credit rules shown in the product and do not create cash-out rights.
Plan changes are expected to take effect on the next billing cycle during MVP. The refund policy does not create mid-cycle proration credits or automatic cash-out rights.
What to include
Support can investigate with your account email, approximate payment time, Stripe receipt information, and generation task reference if visible in the product.
Do not send internal provider payloads, secrets, API keys, or full payment card details.
